The system requirements for Support Chat are:
- A partition on a hard disk drive with approximately 3MB of available free space for a complete installation, including all documentation and sample files.
- Microsoft Dot Net Framework (free at www.asp.net) and a web server capable of supporting .Net (e.g. Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003).
